Software Download Area

Welcome to the software download page. The software download contains all of the latest versions of the analysis, monitor and flash tools etc as well as the help files for all of our current products in one single installation package.

Minimum requirements:

Operating System: A computer running XP, Vista or Windows 7. We still prefer Windows XP, with Windows7 as a 2nd choice. Vista is supported, but horrible in our opinion!

Memory: Depends on the run length used. At least 1GB is strongly recommended, more will improve processing speed.

Screen Resolution: At least 1024x768 is strongly recommended so you can fit a few graphs on the screen at the same time.

Processor Speed: 1GHz or more is recommended for acceptable performance.

We don't expect you to have any problems using our software, however if you do, please let us know so we have the opportunity to correct it by contacting us via our support page.


Installation Instructions.

Save the setup.exe file to your hard drive by clicking on the link below. If you already have a copy of our software on your machine this has to be uninstalled before proceeding. Run setup.exe by double clicking the icon then following the on-screen instructions.

Please note that v8 is a new release and so for the next few months we are continuing to make v7 also available. It is possible to have this build of v7 installed and in use on the same machine. It it NOTpossible to have v8 installed at the same time as previous builds of v7.

IMPORTANT: Version 7 does not support AP22 or DL90 hardware, see "legacy product" support below.

DL90 and late model AP22 users: Software support for these products ended with V6 of the software which is available here.

Early model AP22 users are limited to using DCAT software. This is available as a free download to our customers, but is supplied completely without support of any kind. Click here to download.
