Re: Reading lap times in real time?

Not sure is this fully answers your requirement Jim, or is of interest to others but there is the RTLive product now which does gives real-time data back to either the web interface or to the Live Monitor (Internet Connection required). You can certainly get live laptimes plus you can download the d...

Re: Example DL1 RUN files

Hi, Have sent you a link to download a .rar file with 17 run files from various circuit, mainly UK but also some middle-east. If you download V10, one of the features of the new release is to give you access to the RT cloud when opening pretty much any RT file inc .RUN files from 100s of circuits wo...

Re: How to show min/max value in a sector, Dash4Pro

Hi HH, did you ever sort this. Was just 'hawking around' the forum and spotted it so tried myself. Nothing wrong with the equation that I can see, worked for me. May just be a rogue invisible character, this is a copy paste straight from my test.

Re: heart rate sensor

I have, many years ago with a bespoke 3rd party product (mildly succesfull but issues) and more recently from an RT product which I think is available from RT direct. This is using the RT product https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rkfYNWcPlSI It's simply a receiver/processing unit which plugs into the ...

Re: Video integration with data-issues

Jim, Not sure if I can help but I've used the output from lots of different cameras with the RT software and (touch wood) everything has been fine. I've always sync'd manually as I find it pretty easy. Essentially a zoom in on te start of the speed trace and find an obvious gearchange point (not so ...

Assuming this still to be the case (Charles?), does anyone else have one they could share?

I think you should be able to check the camera spec by looking at the FPS. NTSC is 30fps (near enough) whereas PAL is 25fps. NTSC is 525 line (vertical) and PAL is 576 so if something was recorded at 525 but displayed at 576 then you'd get the sort of effect you are seeing. I'm not sure what effect ...

Hmm, the sorts of things I can think might cause that are :- 1) NTSC bulletcams 2) Using an NTSC .VGL for layout. I know the layout in the handbrake corrected video is correct as it's originally one of mine (could have been messed with though) Do you record straight video and add the overlay later (...

Alex, I've not come across your problem before and do lots with VD4 files. Does it play OK in the RT VD4 Player? What about VLC (either using "open with" or altering extension to MPG)? This is what comes up in my video editing software. http://www.roflsaurus.com/users/Maxx/P0112.jpg What p...
