DL1 Trouble - help needed!

After two years of not using my track-day car I checked the vehicle, replaced some stuff and found that the DL1 Mk2 that was taken out of the car during storage is not working at all. On powering up the Power LED lights up and all other three LEDs keep flashing fast. Even after 10 mins with perfect ...

I use a miniDV Panasonic camera mounted behind the seat. Overlay with Video deLuxe. Sample of Nuerburgring GP here: http://www.british-sports-cars.de/download/videos/Nuerburgring_28072005_Session2_website.wmv

I had this "feature" too on my Elise. If you don't mind downloading a huge file from my homepage you may watch this Video.

The file is some 450MB but you may stop the download and watch part of the video. [/url]

There must be a max value of each channel somewhere as the summary statistic (greek Sigma in the icon bar) can show you easily all mins and max.

When using the UK settings the point as decimal separator is selected automatically. Any ideas how to make this feature work?

Changing the computer settings to UK didn't work for me running v7.1.18. The time-out error message was displayed every time again and again when trying to load the Google earth map of Spa or Nuerburgring.

Any ideas?

Is this the same on the Dash2?

We had so many troubles with Dash2 and markers!

May I suggest to include a suitable 2mm screwdriver to the DL1 package? Some customers already have bended the very fragile levers inside the square holes when using a small screwdriver but not the right one. This Weidenmueller connector is not an automotive item, so most users will not have the cor...

I have reported RT about this problem with Lotus Elises before. Maybe a new hardware version of the Dash2 will incorporate some electronic device that allows the use of multi-teeth ABS rings as fitted to most modern cars as wheel speed sensor. Our electronic specialist made a small PCB with a device...

Just a simple one: Place the DL1 on the RH side if its a LHD car so you won't interfere with the driver change, harnesses, radio connection and water supply being changed. Constant power supply is important. Make sure that you are the only one that touches the DL1. Stop logging and start logging aga...

You are right, Jeremy. I was just referring to the revision history. Sorry!

I agree that for new users it would be helpful if RT could rectify the revision history.

Users with Dash2 issues download actual software v6.3.109

An important fix of some bugs in the config software is now available online.

Just download v6.3.109 and run Dash2 config.

Thanks RT!
