Re: no effect "optimize accelaration with gps data"

The GPS correction of accelerometers is generally good at correcting an offset in the DL1 mounting, and gradients - but its "too slow" for pitch correction during braking. If you are doing brake testing and require good accuracy we supply arrange of equipment for this exact purpose - if you want to ...

Re: D2 PRo Accelerometer

For most applications no filtering is required. If you do find that you do require filtering then start of with small numbers such as 0.1 for the smoothing time, but a higher number and work downwards for the maximum rate of change, such as 10.

Re: GPS data jumps (same spot, every lap)

The jumps are there as you've not got the mounting orientation correct, and you have the option set to combine GPS+accelerations.

Re: no effect "optimize accelaration with gps data"

The algorithms have been gradually tweaked over time, in particular the GPS/accelerometer is now less aggressive as it was affected too much with poor GPS data - I guess that is the difference you are seeing. Are you doing braking tests?

Select the channel from the drop down menu, set the units to 'C' and set up the condition for '>' and the value to 100. For pressure to come on below 20 psi, do the same, but select 'psi' for the u...

Re: Omex 600 to Dash2 Pro through serial ports

Hello The DASH2PRO has an internal serial interface but this is not a standard feature, so you would need to purchase a licence file to activate it. This can be purchased via the Race Technology website or by emailing 'sales at race hyphen technology dot com'. We would need to know the serial number...
