Thankyou. Was thinking this might work but looks not to.
How do people overcome the issue with resistors breaking, do you mount them on a board close to the dl1 or is everyone mounting them near the sensor?

Set Date and Time - Australia
The DL1 logs data and saves the files onto the compact flash card fine but i noticed that during the same day it saves the files over a different date. I think it is using UK time so as it goes past midnight in the UK and it's still the middle of the day here it starts another folder and logs files....

me too, fiddly little things these DL1's and Dash 2's. Has taken me a while to get it set up right and still a few little problems every now and then.
