Timezone doesn't appear to be available in the GPS data. I just set mine to BST permanently (just add the appropriate offset to that equation, i.e. stick +1 at the end) as that's when I mainly use the car.
If it has to be changeable I suppose you could use a spare input to toggle GMT/BST?

Re: Clock
I got this working (on a dash2pro, but I'd think it would work on a dash2 if you have GPS data) - see this thread: https://www.race-technology.com/forum/v ... f=2&t=2802

I've figured out what is going on here, this is a UI bug in the config program. When double-clicking the alarm to open the alarm window, for certain alarms the mouse is in the exact position as the tick box. The double-click is somehow affecting the window that opens after the double-click and causi...

Tried again after a reformat, this time with logging set to automatically stop when GPS speed goes below 25 kph (~15 mph) to guarantee it doesn't get powered off while recording. Same problem, most of the run files will not upload, only a few of the smaller ones (but some as small as 10 kB won't upl...

alarm problem
I've setup an advanced alarm on my dash2pro to go off when the fuel drops below 10%. I've set it to clear on button press, adjust threshold by -2% each time and allow permanently clear. However: every time I upload it, the "clear on button press" box becomes unticked, so if I get a fuel al...

cannot upload run files from dash2pro
I can't upload .run files onto my PC. When I connect Device Explorer, the dash displays "PC comms", and I am able to list the files on the dash, but after a few seconds of syncing the dash goes back to its normal display and Device Explorer is completely unresponsive. I end up with a few f...

alarm filtering
I have an alarm on oil pressure (on a dash2pro), but it is occasionally seeing momentary transient values and triggering when it shouldn't.
Is there a way to add filtering to the alarm to smooth these out (like on the display)?
