for the mk2 to get RPM from the ECu/serial port you need to turn off the RPM input in the DL1 configuration software, if that is "on" then it will be taking the RPM from its external hardware input.

Re: USB connection problems to dash 2 pro
All the drivers are included in our software, so assuming that is installed then it should just work... no other 3rd party drivers are needed.

Re: Fuel Flow sensor Spare Jets
I'm very sorry - but these are not available as a spare part, and whilst you could turn a replacement that would work just fine you would need to re-calibrate the sensor. Its not just the hold size that is a factor, its also the profile.

Re: Dash2Pro an Ecumaster Emu
Hi Bruce For the ECU Master EMU, no licence is required - this can be set up as described above. For the 'Black' edition, the CAN Receive option is required - this can be bought from our website here: m (Please see 'additional add-ons' at the bottom of the page) You will need to specify the make and...

Re: Issues with Dash2
No, there are no licenses required on the DASH2 if you have an external CAN interface. As I said above, there should be a 120 ohm resistor at each end of the CAN wiring, so that when you measure with your multimeter you measure 60 ohms (2 x 120 ohms in parallel). If you are seeing 120 ohms when meas...

Re: Issues with Dash2
It looks like one of the termination resistors is missing from your CAN wiring, there should be 120 ohms at each end of the line between the + and - lines, so that it should measure 60 ohms with the multimeter.

Re: Sending VD4 to Youtube
Using the Analysis software you can export all or just a section of the run to a YouTube compatible video format. Open the run in the Analysis software and click, File - Export as Video. A graphic overlay can be added here if not already recorded by the VIDEO4, Start and end points of the video expo...

Re: CAN wheel speed and gear dificulties
Hello, Is the FL CAN channel configured to Frequency 1 VAR_1500? This channel is actually the RPM channel. I recommend mapping to a different channel. On the DASH3 it is not possible to use a CAN channel for the gear calculation. The only option is to create a userdefined equation of speed/(RPM/100)...

Re: Dash2, DL1, Video4 and ECU/CAN/OBD data
Hello, Firstly I would start with isolating the interface establish if you this part is working. Connect to your PC like this... m http://i65.tinypic.com/kboh3o.jpg The picture you show of the serial OBD interface is just the interface that decodes the data from the OBD adaptor. Do you have the OBD ...

Re: Dash2 linked to omex 600
Hi
You will need our ECU interface to allow the Omex ECU to communicate with the DASH2:
https://www.race-technology.com/gb/raci ... interfaces
Please see our knowledge base page to see the channels available from the ECU via the interface:
https://www.race-technology.com/wiki/in ... X600And710
I hope this helps.
