Hi Justin,

Can you send me the code also? It would give me a huge boost in developing what I'm trying to make (extra channels) and I'd be happy to share what I come up with when it's done.

Thank you!

Is that table up to date with the channels that the DL1 Mk3 has?

I'd think you would just format the data coming out of the Arduino to match what the DL1 isd expecting. No conversion cable required.

Arduino

Is there a way to get data from an Arduino into the DL1 using the serial input of the DL1?

Basically what format do I need to provide coming out of the Arduino to get the DL1 to log this data?

Thank you!

Hi Martin!

Thank you for the reply.

"Later in the year" ... does this mean that it will not be available for the 2012 racing season (USA)?

Ah. I see the disconnect now. You're looking at the standard sector based predictive lap timing. I'm talking about using the Mk3's new real time predictive lap timing. The Mk3 can calculate time slip in real time and (hopefully) the Dash can be configured to display it as a standard variable. This i...

Not on mine there isn't. Can you be more specific with the name and section? I'm on 8.2.75. -Kyle <edit> - Menu setup options? There is nothing like this on the Dash2 setup. I have only the input scaling tab with the variable drop down. Are you sure you're looking at the Dash 2 setup?

This same issues exists for the Dash2 as well.

Can you ask the developer to address this on the Dash2 also?

Having access to these variables is a big part of why I upgraded to the Mk3.

Thank you!

Guys, Car is not running and has no alternator. As I said, the ONLY switch that's on is the DAQ. The only things attached to the battery are DL1, Dash2, and the other sensors. This the the "voltage" variable. So there is no sensor associated with this variable. Other sensor readings are st...

Voltage flutuates

While testing the brake pressure last night I noticed the volts on the dash fluctuating between 12 and 12.5 constantly. This is in a purpose built racing car. No other switches were on other than the DAQ (Dash2, DL1, and sensors). Nothing. When I look at the run data I see the voltage fluctuating be...
