Does the DL1 record RPM when the RPM is input only to the Dash2? Is this the preferred configuration (RPM into Dash2 only)? IIRC yes it does, anything going in the dash is fed to the dl1 via the serial. My preference would be to use the dash inputs first so if you want to loan out the DL1 or someth...

There is a input calibration routine but you need a regulated source. RT can give you the details, and/or can do it for you. I've never had to do one and only had 1 customer in 4 years need it. Just curious is this why you sent in previously or is this a new issue they didn't know about when you sen...

Sounds like it needs a recalibration and firmware reapplied. Firmware you can do yourself and if the voltages are still off, it can either go to RT for calibration or if you have an accurate regulated voltage source they can tell you steps to do the calibration. Al from RT USA is off at the Detroit ...

Tap into the wiring outside of the tank. Inside should just be stock woring. You can build your own voltage divider or this place will make you one (with slosh damping) based on your resistance specs. m Be sure to check the max current draw at your resistance extremes. IIRC DASH2 is limited to somet...

Are you actually getting marker files on the CF card? If so, maybe try to isolate which device if giving the signal by trying this: If you don't switch on the ignition is there a marker file created on the CF card? How about if you disconnect the serial cable and then fire the ignition, do you get a...
