Yes that is exactly how you do it. You can send it through as an analogue channel, or as temperature, pressure, etc. It can go in on the same port that the data is coming out from. The orientation is not correct, this can be changed in analysis options

For most applications no filtering is required. If you do find that you do require filtering then start of with small numbers such as 0.1 for the smoothing time, but a higher number and work downwards for the maximum rate of change, such as 10.

The jumps are there as you've not got the mounting orientation correct, and you have the option set to combine GPS+accelerations.

Hi John. If you want the temperature reading to come on at over 100 degrees C on a particular channel. Select the channel from the drop down menu, set the units to 'C' and set up the condition for '>' and the value to 100. Hello The DASH2PRO has an internal serial interface but this is not a standard feature, so you would need to purchase a licence file to activate it. This can be purchased via the Race Technology website or by emailing 'sales at race hyphen technology dot com'. We would need to know the serial number...
