alarm filtering

I have an alarm on oil pressure (on a dash2pro), but it is occasionally seeing momentary transient values and triggering when it shouldn't.
Is there a way to add filtering to the alarm to smooth these out (like on the display)?

Hi,
Yes this should be possible, you should be able to use the maximum rate of change and smoothing options in the menu from where the variable is being received from.
I.e. if the pressure channel is being received using the analogue inputs, you can apply max rate of change and sampling to this channel in the analogue input sub menu, this will apply to both the rate of change on the display and the smoothing of the alarms also.
