Modifiy Default Layout

I made some handy windows im going to use but i would like to add these windows to the default layout together with all other settings i changed.
How can i do that?

I am assuming you mean in the analysis program, in which case choose File->Advanced Loads/Saves->Save current layout as default.
It's worth saving it separately as well in case you inadvertently overwrite the default later.
It will retain this default even when updating the software if you opt to set your configuration based on previous settings.
