DL1 Pro not recording frequency

I am trying to setup my DL1 to record a wheel sensor on FREQ1 input. I have it on my bench with a 75Hz square wave input with 12V amplitude to Pin "T" of the 19 pin connector. I get no frequency data in the file. Also, the first three analog inputs do collect but only at 100Hx NOT at 1KHz as configured. Any ideas what might be wrong?
I have tried to attached my config file, DL1.CMG, but I get a error message saying my file has an incorrect extension??? Tried removing the extension but no luck???
