DL1 not working

DL1 not working

My DL1 that I have had for a few years seems to have stopped working. When I power it up, all the lights come on, then just the Red Power-on light stays lit.
All the other lights, including the status light stay off even when I push the logging button.
I was able to connect to my PC and I re-flashed the firmware successfully, so I don't think it is completely bu**ered.
Any suggestions or is it a return to the UK for servicing?

Probably does need to be returned, sounds like a GPS module issue.

Where are you located?

Thanks for the reply, I am based in Dubai in the Middle East, I can return it to either the US or UK, it makes little difference to me. Which do you suggest?

UK will be best, that is the manufacturing location. The US office primarily supports North America.
