Wheel speed-oil pressure question

Postby s2klotus7 » Fri Sep 12, 2008 10:38 am

I have two questions.
I bought a dash2 (Potenza series).

I have a Westfield car. My engine is a HOnda s2000.

First: The engine has a vehicle wheel speed (speedometer) sensor
installed at the end of the Honda s2000 transmission, can I
simply connect my dash2 (connection 1 pin #8 N Brown)?
Configure the tire size at the dash2 menu after?

Second: I bought the race technology oil pressure, I did
not attach 1K resistor, is this ok?

Thanks

I don't know about the wheel speed sensor - it depends on the output it gives.

But I do know that you don't need a resistor on the oil pressure transducers as they have internal circuitry to supply a voltage output.
