How often does support reply in the forum
Just wondering how often someone from support replys to questions on the forum as they seem to be missing lately.

Guys, I can't answer for RT but with small companies time is always your biggest enemy. As an RT dealer, I would hope the dealer that helped you select your equipment would be answering the majority of your questions, I know I'm the first line of contact for my customers - in fact that's one the advantages of buying from a dealer, so please help support the dealers that support you! If your not getting the timely support you need, feel free to email me and I will answer as time allows. I can't answer every issue but I'm not afraid to tell you when I don't know the answer. All I can say is I'll do my best.

Hi All,
It's absolutely true that we (RT) are not on the forums as often as we would like, instead we rely on our dealers and experienced users to help.
If you want to contact us more directly and get a garanteed responce then you can either call us, email us sales@race-technology.com, or use our support ticketing system.
Please note that the support@race-technology.com email address was stopped several years ago - it was just completely spammed to death! 1000's every day.
We really, really try to help as proactively as we can (note our new free training courses at the offices and the teamview PC support software that is now included in the latest software) but despite our long hours it is fair to say we are struggling to keep up!! Next month we've got another sales/support guys joining us, so hopefully that will help.
So in summary... sorry we are not on the forum more, but we do respond as quickly as we can to all direct contact.
