Dash2 with DTA S60 via Serial interface problems

Postby Sumco » Mon Jul 06, 2009 7:00 am

Hi everyone.

I´m newbie to this site. My problem: I have dash2 connected via serial rs232 interface to my DTA S60.

As the engine is turned off, but the ignition is
turned on, all values on the dash are correct. For example, the TPS
reacts in the moment for the throttle opening and also all temps when
temperature changes. As I start the engine, values are reaching
horrible number (TPS 709%, oil temp 2109, etc). These figures are
changing by step function. When I turn the engine off, but leave the
ignition on, all figures are right once again.

I tried to charge the DASH and RS232 interface from the external
battery, but with no change. I unplugged the alternator, with no
change.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
