Firmware DL1 V6 contents

Hello,
In the hex-file downloaded from the site the first line says:
'DL1 code with GSM not automatically enabled'
What does this mean and should this line be removed before flashing the unit?

You can just ignore that line, it tells me which version of the code it is. The DL1 and DL2 firmware now contains some modes to aid communication over a GSM interface. This mode must be disabled if the DL1 is used with a serial input stream, such as from an ECU or an IMU06. The GSM mode is enabled when the DL1 is used with a Dashboard as it enables the dashboard to control logging over the serial port. The GSM mode can be enabled, if required, using the DL1 configuration utility in the latest version of V6.
The data logger ignores any lines which do not start with a :, so any comments at the beginning are just ignored when the file is sent to the logger.
