LAP File Format?

The knowlege base says this:

Data2-19 same as lap marker definition file. See DL1 documentation for more information

about the lap marker message. I can't find anything in the DL1 documentation. Can anyone clarify?

This one is a bit complicated to use - hence the lack of documentation! Could you tell me what you wanted to do - and maybe I can point you in the correct direction?

I'd like to be able to export the data from the LAP files. Some fun things I'd like to play with, like possibly automating finding the offset to account for GPS drift from a CSV exported RUN file by finding the intersections w/ the LAP markers at a point on track where the line is known to be consistent.

I've got most of it figured out, but I can't figure out the marker orientation. It looks like you've got markers listed sequentially in the format 0x01 <4 bytes longitude> <4 bytes latitude>, but I haven't been able to figure out the last two bytes. They have something to do w/ the orientation, but doesn't seem to be a linear map onto angle...
