Problem with DL1 MK2

Hi,

Trying to get my DL1 updated firmware wise and cannot get the computer to recognize it. The serial port works as I got my Dash2 configured with the same port/power supply.

None of the DL1 support tools seem able to connect to the unit. Is there a return/repair policy (in the US)?

Are you using a null cable or not?

If you mean a null modem - reverse rx & tx -I don't think so. I am using the same cable I used to reflash the DASH2. Should I be?
