DL1 Trouble - help needed!

After two years of not using my track-day car I checked the vehicle, replaced some stuff and found that the DL1 Mk2 that was taken out of the car during storage is not working at all.

On powering up the Power LED lights up and all other three LEDs keep flashing fast. Even after 10 mins with perfect visibility for satellites the GPS doesn't find a fix. A friend's DL1 Mk2 in my car and on my GPS antenna is working fine, finds a GPS fix et cetera.

How to make my DL1 to work properly again?

Unfortunately the flashing lights are indicating there is a hardware problem and by you testing another unit with the same external connections successfully means the unit needs to come back to us for repair.

Please email service@race-tech... with a copy of this message and they will provide you with the information needed about returning your unit.
