Time Slip available on Serial Channel 96

Postby Halsbury Racing » Fri Jan 30, 2015 1:12 pm

Are Time-Slip and Time-slip Rate available to decode on the serial stream from DL1 mk2? Knowledge base suggests they can be found at the end of the Channel 96?

FYI this is what I'm trying to do: a steering-wheel mounted miniature OLED display, showing ten graphed sector times and a time-slip rate gauge:

Unfortunately the DL1 MK2 doesn't have the processing power to calculate this live, you will get it live from one of the SD card based loggers though.

Many Thanks.

I presume that if I use 12 track markers on the DL1 MK2, the arduino could calculate time slip from the sector times and plot a graph (as per the picture above) from the live serial data stream?
