Hi, I have a new DL1 and have hooked up the log switch. I used the default config file and logged for 4 minutes. The logging LED came on and a new log file was created. View .Run file in Analysis 8.5 but no data. Ran Manager says the run was 0.00s long?? Also shows this comment:

" logging started by button press. Logging stopped by button press. Logger serial number: 21219. Firmware v5.0.76, bootloader v13. Logged on DL1 MK3/CLUB/PRO/WP v255. Run contains 80599 individual data samples, and 31 data formatting errors. "

Any ideas?

Hi Jeff,

It sounds like the data doesn't have any timestamps.

Which version of DL1 are you running?

It would be much easier, if I could take a look at the run file you are experiencing the issue with, and also the configuration file loaded onto your unit.

If possible please send these files to my email and I'll look into them for you.
