I am trying to configure my DASH2PRO (running with MS3PRO) and I am getting the error "Windows is reporting this port is current unavailable for use".

I have tried multiple approaches, changing USB cords, USB ports, etc. Have confirmed all cords and all ports work.

I have done some more research and realized I was using the USB hookup vice the serial port to try and upload the configuration.

Still have a comms issue though. I am getting "System getting Live USB data and please restart device and try again". All restarts of dash, computer, etc have changed nothing.

Please advise.
