Hi,

I am trying to connect the two systems on a new Westfield we have purchased, through serial ports.
I don't own the serial interface sold by Race Technology as I understood the Dash2 Pro has an internal interface already.

Also, upon trying to send the configuration to the dash, I get the following error messages:

What should I do?

The DASH2PRO has an internal serial interface but this is not a standard feature, so you would need to purchase a licence file to activate it.

This can be purchased via the Race Technology website or by emailing 'sales at race hyphen technology dot com'.

We would need to know the serial number of the DASH2PRO to generate a licence file for your unit.
