Dash 2 ,no display

Hello from Sweden, we were on the track yesterday and suddenly the dash 2 display showed no data, we had just turned of the car and when we started it it had no data at all.
The green rev light just flashed shortly and there where no display, the highbeem blue light works, the side blinkers shows . But the main display is black with no info, you can see the backlight is working. Just like it will not load any data.

One friend said to me if one sensor, for example oil pressure does not work, this can happen. Can it bee so that it will not reboot if one sensor is broken?

or what can it bee?

Best regards from sweden

Hi Mark - We can try a force reflash, do you have any buttons currently connected to the DASH2? We need to use the UP button in order to access the force reflash mode.

Hello Martin,

Please send a photograph of the display with the power on to support@race-technology.com

This will reach me and I will then be able to diagnose the issue and advise on next steps.

Hi - it's difficult to say without the unit in front of me. Would you be able to post the dash to us for inspection? If yes, please email daniel AT race - technology DOT com and I'll provide a returns number.

Thank you

Ok I just ordered three new sensors and will put them in the car and try one time. Last owner of the car said that this happend 2 years ago and shifted the oilpressure sensor and all came back.

is the dash programmed not to boot up if one sensor is broken?

Surely 1 faulty sensor won't do this ?

Ot did for last owner, a new oilpressurecontact and it worked again. We have sortded out now that when we put in the cables without sensor it stopped working, have sent cables and dash to race technology.
