I've got:

Omex600 into a serial adaptor to DL1 and onwards to Dash2. I've just taken the live monitor readings from my ANA1 channel and successfully converted to a fuel level. I've just attempted to update my D2 through the DL1 using USB and it fails. I've not done this since I switched to the Omex serial adaptor so assume it's incompatible?

I've dropped the DASH2.CMG into the root of the SD card in the datalogger as I thought that's how to update the Dash2 but it's not updating and when checking the file system the DASH2.CMG has been moved to a 'FAILED' folder.

Any steers please?

Hello Chris,

Is the ECU adapter in the loop when you attempt this operation? It should not be. D2 update via DL1 is possible only when the two devices are connected directly.

Oh, that's not ideal. It's all hardwired and behind the dashboard.
