Problems downloading data from AP-22

I am running WinXP SP2.

When I use Hyperterminal (com-1 port) and use the TRANSFER menu, and Receive file, I get asked which protocol I should use.
Kermit, X-modem, Y-moden, Z-moden aso.

Which is the correct one ?

Also should I change the Hardware Com-1 Port setup to run at 115.200 Baud rather than the standard 9600 ?

I believe that the speed should be 115k.
