Display Speed Numerically, is there a way?

Apologies if this in the help file somewhere but I find them very hard to read, especially on a small screen (any chance of a PDF version?)

Anyway, my question is, is there a way I can show numeric speed values when "tracing" a lap. I know you can get the anolgue dashoard view but I really want numeric data, would be useful for other values as well.

Is there a way?

"Values table" window is the only way I'm aware of right now.
