AX22 reflash version 7

Postby Chavez » Mon Jan 14, 2008 6:34 pm

Hello,

I tried to reflash my AX22 IOT be able to log altitude as well.
I downloaded the version 7.1.39 software package and there doesnt seem to be anything missing except *hex files.
So where can I find those?
Or do they have to be purchased?

Regards,
Dennis

Firmware AX22

Postby RudiH » Fri Mar 21, 2008 1:15 pm

Hi there,
is it possible to get the latest firmware for my AX22? Which are the newest features included?
For a short answer I would be very thankful.

Hi again,

as I am using a laptop w/o RS232 port I encounter problems with connecting the ax22 to my computer:
I am using a USB-RS232-adaptor but the ax22 and the reflashing program dont show any reaction.
Anyone already solved this problem?

Cheers,
Dennis

Hello, I'd appreciate if someone could point me to the latest AX22 firmware or email it to me.

As a suggestion, it would be great to have it generally accessible as a download, I was searching for quite some time with no results. It seems to be well hidden.

Hi Rudi,

No, unfortunately no response so far.

Since you are probably based out of Germany, you might want to contact Matthias Holle of Mathol at one of the VLN or the 24h races. He is the local distributor and can flash your AX22.

Unfortunately too far away for me as I am based out of the US.

Good luck!
Rob

Thanks for your quick answer, rthiele. Are you interested in "my" update version?

It seems like the AX22 firmware link went dead ("temporarily not available"). I had issues with the last version under this link (tilt error when setting up file and calibrating). Had to go back to a previous version I fortunately had somewhere.

Any info if the link is inactive because of the bug above? Is there a new version in the works?

I have issues with my dash3 reading.lap files (yes they have the right syntax and caps). I only get lap times with manually set markers. I was hoping to fix the issue with a firmware update.

Any tips?

Thanks!!
