When I turn the ignition on, why my RT water (coolant) temp will start to count 1,2,3 50,99, 101, etc, etc then stop at 312.00 ??

The value will remain @ 312.00 even the water is dead cold.
I'm using the Bosch water temp formula in the drop down at the dash2 software.

Have you confirmed that it is wired to the DL1 properly? Is the DL1 configured properly? Is the sensor getting power? Good Ground from the sensor?

I don't ave DL1.
The harness came from RT + the sensor. The red connected to dash2
the 5V reference, the white connected to analog dash2 & the black is earth.
Yep there is power and good grn.

NEVER MIND! i FOUND THE PROBLEM.
BY THE THE THE TECH HELPS, THE PATIENT IS DEAD!!
WONDER HOW MANY UNIT THEY SELL ? TERRIBLE....
