Hi all,

Can I leave the OBD-II connector from the CAN OBD interface permanently connected to the OBD-II port? Or is it drawing power even when the engine is not connected (if it is drawing power at all)?

There is normally permanent power supplied to the OBDII port so when the OBDII connector is connected it will draw power from the battery.
