Roof grommet for coax GPS cable

Anyone have any ideas for a grommet to ensure a water-tight seal for the coax GPS cable (i.e. one that will fit tightly and still fit around the coax connector)? I'd like to permanently have the wire running through the roof.

I split a grommet then use lots of silicon sealer
