I wired up my output drivers and they don't seem to be working, I found this line though and maybe I have them wired wrong.
When the output is active the output pin is driven to ground, so the load must be connected between a supply and the pin, NOT between the output pin and ground.
I have the output wired to the 86 switch connection of a relay, but after reading that maybe that is wrong. I'm just trying to get the relay to fire a dash light. Does the line above mean I wire the pin directly to the negative terminal on the light and then positive on the light goes to battery?
Thanks
