RPM scaling for configuring Dash 2

Hi, I am using the tach signal from my old dash (dial guage instruments) for my Dash 2 and it is giving a higher reading than the ECU. My Apexi ECU has a hand controller with digital readout and at 1350 RPM my Dash 2 is showing 2000 RPM approximately. Is there a conversion to tell me how many pulses per rev that I need to configure the RPM too?
My old dash and the ECU hand controller did have the same readings.

I think it is configured to 2 and it should be 3. This will make the DASH show 2/3 of what is was showing.
