I data log both my RT water temp and oil temp sensors, and using the summary stats, I sometimes get strange max readings. It's not consistent, but I get a max temp stat of 298.25F on both the oil temp and water temp. It doesn't happen on both every time. Sometimes it's one or the other. Using the graph utility, water temp fluctuates around 180F and oil temp 220F to 240F.

Any ideas of what could be causing this?
