BRAKE TEST

I'm not sure if this is an actual sensor related question.. but here goes

We were doing some brake testing; we set up 2 pairs of cones 100 feet apart. we mashed the throttle at the start, then mashed the breaks at the second set of cones... the problem is...

it did not take us seven seconds to stop... more like 1-1.5...and it didnt take 40 feet either...

i thought for sure the DL2 gps refresh was way faster then that... in fact i know it does.. ive done this sort of test before...

am i missing something? solar flares? demonic powers? we are next to an airport?

What is your "maximum rate of change" set to in the variables manager?

That had me in knots for a while wondering why a conversion equation wasn't working properly.

analysis options-> GPS tab-> check use raw GPS

also look at Variable Manager -> GPS variables and turn on "GPS vel raw"
