Peugeot commonrail pressure sensor

Hi,

First , Happy newyear and a succesfull 2014.

Does anybody know how to connect a Diesel commonrail pressure sensor to a DL1?
It have 3 pole connector wich I think should be;
Earth
Signal
12volt
I have tryd to find a wiring schematic but failed to find it
It should have 0.5volt @12.5kPa and 4.5volt @115kPa

Typically the center pin is the signal and the two on the end are the VDC supply. Pin 1 on Bosch sensors is typically ground. Pin 3 is volts.



You may have better luck looking up a wire diagram for your car rather than the sensor.

Yes ,I have tryed that and also found a wiring diagram but I can not get it to work.
In the diagram pin 2 is described as "signal" as you sayd.
no further strange things in wiring from sensor to ECU.
Already bought a 2nd new sensor but can't get it to work either so it's probably a wiring problem.
I try'd a 5volt pullup? voltage to pin 2 , however when I measure that I have no moving voltage either when I vary pressure.

I would use only the sensor and I have not a car in wich it belong.

Hmmm... actually, I'm expecting that the supply voltage would be 5VDC, not 12...

It might be helpful also if you can supply the Bosch part #...

Hi , indeed 5 volt it is , it is used from the DL1 5volt source
I did not use 12 volts on it !

Bosch number should be 0 281 002 592 or 0 281 002 283

It is used in several Fiat peugeot engines.
