BMW sensor response curves

Does anyone have the response curves for the OEM BMW Temperature sensors? We are trying to install a dash and I would like to try to reuse the existing sensors.
The engine is a euro S50B30
Sensors are:
oil temp. 12 31 1 309 193
coolant temp. 12 62 1 747 281
I think they are VDO but do not have them in front of me...
