Reading Pressure sensor output

at the link above says "Pressure [Bar] = (x - 0.5) / 4 * 10 "......
for converting the output of sensor.
But on the CR pump pressure meter which i own says P=(V-0.5)x450 and the result is in Bar
Why is this ?
