Version 7.2.49 will not install

Version 7.2.49 will not install

Tried installing v7.2.49 as an upgrade - won't work - installation seems to complete OK, but upon trying to launch Analysis I get a single beep and nothing else. Have tried also installing as a "Repair" and tried completely uninstalling and then reinstalling. Same result.

Computer is running Windows XP.

Even after the uninstall, check that you dont have a \Documents & Settings\<username>\Application Data\Race Technology folder, if you do, delete it. Same for \Program File\Race Technology

Pretty sure I had the same problem.

That seemed to be it - did a complete uninstall using the RT menu "Other" which also deleted the folder you referred to ...... restarted the machine and installed 7.2.49. Seems to be working
