When I run the analysis program, I frequently run into a memory full notification. So the run is truncated. This makes is very difficult to compare runs. How do I adjust the variable so that the data from each run takes up less memory?

Assuming you are running v8.5 of analysis, you can go to the file menu, then change swap file to increase the amount of data that can be loaded.
The maximum is currently about 32 hours )
