add graphical overlays in version 8.5

I am using gopro2 and the race technology interface cable to start and stop camera when logging starts and stops. I have two questions: 1) How do I sync the video with the data. 2) How do I add graphic overlays that are described in the version 8.5 software youtube video.

Thanks for linking the video, I had seen before. Could you send me a tutorial on how to step by step use the new software to produce my own graphics to add the the video. the options in the youtube video were fine. i would like the basic overlays, (rpm, specific gear, g-force, throttle postion, brake pressure, track map).

To clarify you are asking how to put together your own overlay graphic?
This is the software to use:

You save a VGL file that can then be loaded into the overlay output form.
