I have purchased a couple of 10 bar VDO pressure senders for my DL1 and know they have to be calibrated.
My questions are, do they need a pull up resistor, and if so what ratings, and does anyone have the calibration data in PSI
Many thanks |

I'm running a VDO 10bar sender for the oil pressure, came up with the following cal with the standard pull-up resistor (think it's 1kOhm, whatever's shown in the instructions on the website):
3.81 * x^3 + 2.95 * x^2 + 9.09 * x - 0.38
That should pretty much drop in copy/paste into the variable editor (was generated from measurements/table of values)...
HTH...
Oh, I should add, that's for values in bar... |

Thanks for that. How will I convert to psi |

14.7psi = 1 bar for typical values of g  |
