hi,

I was a Spa last weekend and did a 30 min practice and a 1h race.
In the video at the race AND the practice the first lap was timed in a 2:40 min which is way to low for my vintage racer.
The Dash3 showed a 3:12 for the first lap and as best a 3:07.
The software showed also laptimes between 3:07-3:14 for both runs.

How does it come, that on this track two times the exactly same wrong laptime was measured?

Cheers
Chris

snap! I was at Spa last weekend with the CSCC, engine blew in the Puma during testing on Thursday though Sad

After the bang, I used the cut off switch, to kill everything including the power to the data logger BUT annoyingly I didn't stop the logger first - I had other thoughts on my mind at the time Wink

Does anyone know if I can reconstruct the data from whats on the card ? I guess the DL1 logs data, but doesn't update the FAT table until the file is closed...

Chris,
I had this at Spa also a couple of weekends ago. Looks like it doesn't expect us to be any slower than 2:40 for any given lap. i.e. I think that's as high as it goes.

yeah ive done that before to, entriely different reasons, but yes ive had good luck with the "run fixer" Start->All programs-> Race Technlogy V?-> Other-> Run Fixer

Doesnt work everytime, and im not sure it was even supposed to be used for this.. but yeah i guess you can give it a try

Hi,

interesting....was racing at Spa again and the video again shows 2:40 laptimes.....but I did 3:04 as fastest.

What can cause that in year 2010, 2011 and 2012 the system shows in the video 2:40?
Only on this track? On all other tracks it works perfect.

Is there anything disturbing in the tracklane?

Chris
