not recording mileage

hi i installed a dash 2 the speedo is working using a vrs but it doesn't record the mileage
also is it possible to get the existing vehicle mileage added to the dash 2
firmware version is 10 0 19

Hello - The issue with the odometer sounds firmware related. To get the existing mileage displayed on the dash the unit will have to come back to us. If you return the dash we will fix the odometer issue and apply the desired mileage.

Hi thanks for the fast reply I have no problem sending it back as I need to take it out anyway to redo the mounting plate
