CAN BUS compatibility with Magnetti Marelli ecu

Hi,

I have Citroen C2R2 rally car which runs a Magenetti Marelli ecu. Is the Dash2 compatible with this, ie can I get a CAN adaptor that will work with this ecu? The ecu model is "SRA" but it seems to be one specially made for Citroen motorsport, Magnetti Marelli wont release any software for the ecu, they say it's specific to Citroen, I dont know wether this means that the CAN Bus protocols would also be different too?

If the Magnetti Marelli ECU has a CAN data output then our CAN adapter can be used to connect the DASH2 to the ECU. What you need for this to work how ever is the information about the CAN channels you want to display on the dash.
Our CAN adapter are user configurable using the CAN configuration software which is included in our software package. Have a look at that so you can get an idea of the information needed to program the CAN adapter.

Do you have the CAN-Protocol ?

Unfortunately we do not have the CAN protocol for this ECU. It would be worth contacting Citroen to see if they were prepared to give it to you.
