|
|
Hi,
I anybody else experiencing video issues in the Analysis application? I installed the latest package (setup_7075.exe) and selected "DirectDraw" (as always) as the video output method.
But even the sample video in the installation program does't play correctly. I only get a black video, the sound is ok. The same in the Analysis application. In the RT video player the video is played correctly. I use the Video 4 files if it matters.
I cannot use "Direct 3D" as this has never played videos correctly on my machine.
I use a Macbook pro 13" (mid 2009) with Windows 7.
Best regards,
Thomas |

Unfortunately at the moment (7076) nothing worked.
It begins with the choice directDraw/Direct 3D in the setup: You have to choosee the one which will not work correct in the test; as described directDraw plays only sound no film.
And the choice PAL/NTSC is lost?
RT-VideoPlayback works with DirectDraw; Direct 3D shows only a loop of the first frames, with continuoing sound.
But Analysis doesn't work anymore in DirectDraw, it shows no video, only sound.
And by the way: A test to export a video complains about a wrong vgl-file, which has worked fine til yet.
It's a mess.
When can I use the video-option - I have payed for - again.
My system is Win7.

@RT: Can you reproduce this?
Best regards,

This is solved for me with the latest software (setup_7080.exe)!
For previous releases I needed to select DirectDraw on my MacBook Pro running Windows 7. This doesn't work anymore. Instead I now need to select Direct3D (which didn't work in previous releases) and this works fine.
Best regards,
Thomas
BTW: Also no security warnings and popups during the startup of the applications! |
