*.LAP Start/Finish??

I'm having some of the "fun" reported in trying to load maps.
Obviously I need to have a *.Run file in order to setup markers. But as I zoom in using Google Earth, it seems to me that the Start/Finish at Road America would be "correct" passing through a point very close to
Latitude: 43°47'52.43"N
Longitude: 87°59'22.59"W

Is it possible to utilize a location in this format as part of a Start/Finish marker?

I would think that a programmatic point like this would lead to quite consistent automatic markers
