v8 RAF files

So, struggling on with v8 I save a .RAF file on my network file server (which takes ages) choosing all the "embedd" [sic] options. Shutdown v8, restart it and reload the .RAF file.

"This RAF file is either corrupt, or is from an older version of the software. It cannot be loaded - sorry."

(And, I tried several times although admittedly with the same set of .RUN files.)

This is pretty unimpressive...

Naively, you'd imagine that the presence of "Support" as a moderator of this topic would mean at least a teeny-tiny response. It seems not.

All the same, in the vain hope that someone is actually reading this, I've now confirmed that this is caused by saving the .raf file on my networked file server instead of the local machine. Of course, I need to be able to save it on the network as that's the place that RAIDed and UPSed. I can't be the only person who works like that...
